Supra Boning Knife, Curved Stiff Blade SD00015L, 15 cm, Blue

The Supra Boning Knife SD00015L from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional curved boning knife with a 15 cm (6") stiff blade for separating meat from the bone in butcheries, restaurant kitchens and catering operations. The curved profile follows the bone, and the stiff blade gives firm control for close, precise cuts. The blue handle marks it for fish and seafood under the HACCP colour-coding system, keeping it separate from tools used on other foods.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The blue SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations.
