The Lainox Stripe Grill / Pizza Grill is a non-stick GN 1/1 heat input plate for Lainox Alphatech Multigrill combi-ovens, measuring 530 × 325 mm and featuring a double-sided design — one smooth surface for pizzas and delicate proteins, one ribbed surface for authentic grill marks on meat, vegetables and paninis.
Flipping the plate between services effectively doubles its utility without extra equipment, making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations that need versatile, high-throughput grilling from a single oven accessory.
