The Dupont PlexiLine Step is a 3-level acrylic display riser for pastry and chocolate cabinets, measuring 500 × 800 mm with an 80 mm total rise, made from Dark Smoke PMMA. Designed for counters running the System Gastronorm format (depth ≥ 80 cm), it lifts and tiers products so every item is clearly visible to guests — ideal for patisseries, hotel breakfast counters, and confectionery displays.
Built from shock-resistant, colourfast PMMA rated from −20 °C to +80 °C, the step handles both chilled cabinet and ambient counter environments without warping or discolouring. It is dishwasher safe and stackable, so cleaning between service periods and back-of-house storage are straightforward for busy kitchen teams.
