Maxima Stand Mixer, 6.5 L, Up to 2 kg Dough, Pink

The Maxima Stand Mixer is a countertop planetary mixer for bakeries, cafes and home kitchens, finished in pink: the stainless steel and coated aluminium body encloses a 6.5 L stainless steel mixing bowl that kneads up to 2 kg of pizza dough or 1.5 kg of bread dough, with a minimum bread dough batch of 0.2 kg. Eleven speeds from 100 to 938 rpm are set with the rotary knob, and metal gears drive the mixing action. The head tilts on a lever for quick bowl and accessory changes, and a safety switch stops the mixer when the head is lifted. It comes with a stainless steel dough hook, flat beater and whisk, all dishwasher-safe, plus a plastic guard over the moving parts.
