Description

The Rational Stainless Steel Grid 1/1 GN is a rust-free oven rack for combi ovens, sized at 325 × 530 mm to fit the full 1/1 Gastronorm format. Its open-grid construction promotes even air circulation around food and cookware inside the oven chamber, supporting consistent cooking results across the full rack surface.

Compatible with the Rational iCombi Pro, iCombi Classic, CombiMaster Plus, SelfCookingCenter, and iHexagon, this grid is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations that regularly cook large roasts or need a reliable support surface for pans and trays. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction withstands repeated high-temperature cycles and commercial dishwasher cleaning.
