Description

This 201L sandwich prep counter keeps a refrigerated well for GN1/6 pans within arm's reach, so fillings stay chilled and ready to build through service. 2 hinged solid doors give access to 2 wire shelves white of storage below, held at +2/+10°C by fan assisted cooling under electronic control.

Automatic defrost keeps performance steady without attention, and 4 adjustable feet let the counter stand level on the kitchen floor. Built in SS304 stainless steel and running at 155 W, 730 kWh a year, it is a straightforward way to speed up sandwich and fast-food service.
