The Lainox GV110 is a 1/1 GN square grill grid designed for cooking vegetables in Lainox combi ovens, delivering clean sear marks without burning or blackening. Its square-pattern raised ridges and non-stick Teflon (PTFE)-coated aluminium construction make it the go-to tray for peppers, courgettes, aubergines, radicchio and potatoes — producing consistent, restaurant-quality results straight from the oven cavity.
Sized at 530 × 325 mm and compatible with Lainox Naboo and Sapiens series combi ovens, this grid slots into existing workflows without adaptation. It is included as part of the Lainox MSK11R starter pack, making it a proven choice for kitchens equipping a new installation. Suited to restaurant, hotel and catering operations that need reliable vegetable preparation at volume with minimal clean-up.
