The SPM GT TOUCH 2 is a versatile countertop frozen-dessert machine designed for professional foodservice, with two independent 5 L I-Tank™ insulated bowls in a compact 450 × 435 × 650 mm footprint. Running on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply with a power consumption of just 600 W, it allows cafés, restaurants, hotels and dessert bars to serve two different products simultaneously without requiring heavy electrical infrastructure. The machine uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and weighs approximately 46 kg. 

Its two bowls can be used for a wide range of products, including soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, cold coffee cream, sorbet and slush. Each tank uses SPM's patented I-Tank™ double-wall insulation, helping protect the product from ambient temperature, reduce condensation and improve cooling efficiency. Continuous low-speed mixing helps maintain a uniform texture and prevents ice blocks from forming, while the tanks can be managed independently so operators can offer two different flavours or even two different product types at the same time. 

The GT TOUCH version adds an intuitive multilingual touchscreen with five preset recipes and the possibility to customise both the cooling temperature and spiral-blade rotation speed for individual recipes. Automatic Night Mode maintains the product between approximately 2–4 °C outside service hours, reducing waste and preparing the machine for the next day's operation. For safety and hygiene, lifting a lid immediately stops all moving parts, and each tank is equipped with a key-lockable lid to prevent accidental opening or tampering.
