Description
The SPM Ice Cream K Soft Gravity is a countertop single-flavour soft-serve ice cream and frozen yogurt machine, gravity-fed and capable of producing up to 5 kg/h — roughly 50 standard 75 g servings per hour. Built in Italy and drawing just 0.9 kW, it fits comfortably on any counter while keeping operational costs low.
A cooled upper hopper chills the mix before it reaches the 1-litre freezing cylinder, protecting product quality during service. The capacitive touch-sensor panel with LED display gives operators straightforward consistency control and a fill-level indicator, keeping service fast and waste minimal. Air-cooled and self-contained, it requires no external water connection — ideal for cafés, gelaterias, hotel breakfast stations and compact dessert bars where space and simplicity matter.
