Description
This ventilated serve-over counter shows fresh deli food to customers behind a glass structure that protects the stock while keeping full visibility along the counter. The front glass hinges forward when needed, and gastronorm pans (not supplied) drop straight onto the deck, so a sandwich shop or deli can plan the layout around standard pan sizes.
An easy-access storage compartment below the display keeps backup stock close at hand without leaving the counter, and the black exterior keeps the unit neutral against most shopfronts. Ventilated cooling with automatic defrost and LED interior lighting hold -1/+5°C evenly across the full 2465mm width of the deck.
