Description

The Maxima soup kettle keeps soup, sauces or hot dishes warm for hours on a buffet or self-service counter, using a water bath system for gentle, indirect heating. The 10 litre stainless steel inner pot lifts out for serving and cleaning, and the lid has a spoon recess and a sturdy handle for continuous service. A 12-step thermostat sets the water temperature from 20 to 90°C, with an indicator light showing when it is heating.

Connection 230 V, 0.4 kW. The housing is black coated aluminium, dimensions Ø 33 x H36 cm, net weight 4.8 kg. Magnetic labels are included to mark the contents, and the inner pot and lid can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
