The Vitrum sorting table for dirty dishes is a made-to-order stainless steel work table designed for professional dishwashing areas in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens. Built in Latvia by Vitrum, it provides a dedicated pre-sort station where used crockery, glassware and cutlery can be organised before entering the dishwashing cycle — keeping the warewashing workflow efficient and hygienic.
