The Smeg 3820 is a flat aluminium baking tray for professional convection ovens, sized 435 × 320 mm and sold in a pack of four. Made from aluminized sheet, it delivers even heat distribution and is built to withstand the demands of daily bakery, pastry and restaurant kitchen use.
