Description

The Smeg 3751 is a set of four perforated aluminium baking trays in the standard EN 600×400 mm pastry format, designed as genuine accessories for Smeg ALFA-series convection and combination ovens. The flat, hole-punched aluminium surface promotes even airflow and consistent browning across the full tray area — exactly what high-volume pastry and bakery production demands.

Supplied as a pack of four, these trays are verified compatible with the ALFA 140, ALFA 142, ALFA 143, ALFA 144, ALFA 241, ALFA 341, ALFA 420 and ALFA 425 oven models, making them a straightforward like-for-like replacement or capacity expansion for bakeries, hotel kitchens, patisseries and catering operations already running Smeg ALFA equipment.
