Description
The Robot Coupe 28066 is a stainless steel slicing disc for Robot Coupe food processors, delivering straight 8 mm cuts across a wide range of produce. Compatible with the CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R602 V.V. and several other models in the CL and R series, it slots into high-volume prep operations without requiring additional adapters.
Suited to cucumbers, cabbage, onions, carrots, bell peppers, sweet potato and daikon, this disc handles the thick, consistent slices needed for salad bars, buffet lines and cook-chill production. It can also be paired with a compatible dicing grid when uniform dice is required, and is dishwasher safe for straightforward end-of-service cleaning.
