The Robot Coupe Slicing Disc 6 mm (part number 28196, succeeded by 28196W) is a continuous-feed slicing plate that cuts vegetables, fruits and other produce to a uniform 6 mm (¼ in) thickness. It is compatible with a wide range of Robot Coupe floor and bench models including the CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502 and R602VV series, making it a versatile addition to any professional kitchen running Robot Coupe prep equipment.
Designed for high-volume operations in restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering facilities and central production units, this disc delivers consistent slice thickness that speeds up mise en place and reduces waste. Note that the original part 28196 is now obsolete and has been replaced by 28196W — buyers sourcing replacements should confirm the current part number with their supplier.
