The Robot Coupe 28065 Slicing Disc is a stainless steel vegetable cutting disc for the Robot Coupe CL and R-series food processors, producing uniform 5 mm (3/16 in) slices in high-volume prep environments. It is compatible with the CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, and R602VV models.
Designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and professional kitchens, this disc handles a wide range of fruits and vegetables — cucumbers, cabbage, onions, and more — delivering consistent slice thickness that speeds up prep and ensures even cooking times.
