Description
The Robot Coupe 28004W is a stainless steel slicing disc for CL and R series commercial food processors, cutting uniform 4 mm (5/32 in) slices in high-volume prep environments. It mounts directly onto the food processor disc hub and is compatible with the CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, and R602VV models, making it a precise replacement or additional-thickness option for kitchens already running Robot Coupe equipment.
Suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations, and deli counters, it handles vegetables, fruits, cheese, and similar ingredients with consistent results batch after batch. Note that part number 28004W supersedes the earlier 28004 — specify the current number when ordering to ensure correct fitment.
