The Robot Coupe 28068W is a 14 mm stainless steel slicing disc for Robot Coupe food processors, designed to produce thick, uniform slices suited to high-volume prep in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Made in France, it fits a broad range of CL and R-series machines including the CL50, CL55, CL60, R502, R602 and R6 series, making it a versatile addition to any professional kitchen already running Robot Coupe equipment.
The 14 mm (9/16 in) cut is ideal for slicing root vegetables, courgettes, cucumbers and similar produce where a substantial, presentation-ready slice is required. The disc mounts and swaps quickly, keeping downtime between prep tasks to a minimum.
