Description
The Robot Coupe 28067W is a 10 mm (3/8 in) stainless steel slicing disc designed for high-volume fruit and vegetable prep in professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. It produces uniform, thick slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, onions, potatoes, and apples — ideal wherever consistent, hearty cuts are needed at speed.
The precision-sharpened blade is screw-fixed to the stainless steel disc body for stability and repeatable results, and the disc is dishwasher resistant for fast, hygienic turnaround between service periods. It is compatible with a wide range of Robot Coupe continuous-feed cutters and food processors, including the CL 50, CL 52, CL 55, CL 60, R 502, R 702, and R 752 V.V. series.
