Description
Description
The Robot Coupe 28069W is a genuine OEM slicing disc for food processors, producing ultra-thin 0.8 mm cuts across a 190 mm blade diameter — precise enough for paper-thin cucumber ribbons, fennel shavings, or delicate potato gratins. It is a direct replacement for the legacy part 28069 and fits a broad range of Robot Coupe CL and R series machines, including the CL50, CL55, CL60, R502, and R702 lines; note that CL52 compatibility is limited to Series D or later.
Designed for high-volume professional kitchens, the disc pairs with compatible dicing grids for extended cutting versatility, and is dishwasher safe for fast turnaround between service periods. Ideal for restaurant prep stations, hotel banquet operations, and catering production lines where consistent, thin-slice output is non-negotiable.
