Description
The Sirman Wi-Food NFC is an immersion circulator (sous vide cooker) for professional kitchens, capable of heating up to 80 litres of water across a temperature range suited to precision low-temperature cooking. Running on a 2.0 kW electric heating element at 230 V, it clamps directly onto any suitable vessel and reaches consistent temperatures for sous vide applications in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and central production kitchens.
Control is handled through a 5-inch waterproof IP67 touch screen, with 10 onboard programs for common cooking cycles. The integrated NFC antenna pairs with Sirman's Softcooker Wireless Probes (SWP) for core-temperature monitoring, while built-in Wi-Fi connects the unit to a dedicated smartphone or tablet app — enabling remote monitoring, HACCP log export, recipe management, label printing and audible alarms from anywhere on the network.
The AISI 304 stainless steel body is built for daily commercial use, and safety features including a low liquid level sensor and automatic shut-off protect the unit against accidental dry running — making the Sirman Wi-Food NFC a reliable, connected choice for any operation standardising sous vide production at scale.
