Description

The Sirman W8 30 is a chamber vacuum packaging machine for professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, equipped with an 8 m³/h vacuum pump and a 310 mm sealing bar. The AISI 304 stainless steel chamber with a 5 mm thick base and a Tritan injection-moulded transparent dome lid — opened automatically by pneumatic pistons — is built to handle continuous production cycles in demanding back-of-house environments.

Control is handled through Sirman's Easy Touch touchscreen with digital display, giving operators access to 10 programmable cycles and dedicated modes for marinating, external vacuum and liquids. Vacuum level is adjustable between 50 and 100%, and a built-in cycle counter with oil-change reminder keeps maintenance on schedule. Optional accessories including an inert gas (MAP) system, GN tanks for external suction and an automatic thermal printer extend the machine's capabilities for sous-vide prep, extended shelf-life packaging and labelling workflows.
