The Sirman Top Cort V is an electric contact grill (panini grill) for professional kitchens, reaching a maximum plate temperature of 300 °C on cast iron plates with ceramic coating — available in ribbed or smooth cast iron, or smooth stainless steel configurations. Drawing 1.5 kW on a standard 230 V supply, it suits cafés, restaurants, hotels and sandwich bars where consistent, high-throughput grilling is needed without a heavy footprint on the countertop.

The cast iron plates retain and distribute heat evenly across meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, cheese, sandwiches and rolls. Heavy-duty construction with shock-proof coated heating elements bonded directly to the plates ensures durability in busy service environments. Temperature is managed via an adjustable thermostat, with an optional mechanical timer for precise cook cycles.
