The Sirman Top Cort L-R-X is a heavy-duty countertop contact grill for professional kitchens, reaching a maximum plate temperature of 300 °C via shock-proof heating elements bonded directly to the plates for fast, even heat transfer. Running on a standard 230 V supply at 1.15 kW, it is sized and priced for cafés, sandwich bars, hotel breakfast stations and small restaurant operations that need reliable panini performance without high energy overhead.

A mechanical thermostat gives precise control across the full temperature range, and an optional mechanical timer adds consistent, repeatable results during busy service. Plate configuration varies by variant — choose ribbed or smooth cast iron with ceramic coating for classic grill marks and easy release, or smooth stainless steel where a non-porous, simple-to-clean surface is the priority.
