Description

The Sirman TC 22 Nevada is a professional electric meat mincing machine built for continuous high-volume use in restaurants, butcheries, hotel kitchens and catering operations. Powered by a 1.5 kW motor driving an oil-bath endless-screw reducer with double seals, it delivers reliable, sustained performance without overheating — the motor carries an IP 55 protection rating and is fan-cooled and insulated for uninterrupted operation.

The entire machine is constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, including the mincing head and external finish, while the control panel achieves IP 67 protection — making washdown cleaning fast and safe. A built-in reversing function clears blockages instantly, and the CE-compliant head interlock together with a safety-interlocked square-neck feed tray keep operators protected during use. The 80 mm strainer plate diameter handles serious throughput, and the machine ships standard with a stainless steel knife and 6 mm strainer; the optional full Unger system with dual knives and additional plate sizes gives butchers and high-output kitchens precise control over grind texture.

Compact at 512 × 390 × 531 mm, the TC 22 Nevada fits standard prep stations and runs on 400 V three-phase supply. Optional attachments — including a hamburger press and plexiglass feed tray lid — extend its versatility for burger-focused or safety-conscious operations.
