Description
The Sirman TC 12 Dakota is an electric countertop meat mincing machine built for continuous production in professional kitchens, running on a 0.75 kW ventilated motor with a single-phase 230V supply. Its oil-bath gearbox with ground tempered helical gears delivers smooth, consistent throughput while keeping noise and wear low — a practical choice for butchery prep in restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and deli counters.
The body combines anodized aluminium with ABS shockproof side panels for durability on busy counters, and the AISI 304 stainless steel mincing mouth removes easily for fast, hygienic cleaning. Standard reverse function helps clear blockages without downtime, and the CE-certified 24V control circuit with No-Volt Release (NVR) device protects staff if power is interrupted unexpectedly. Side handles make it easy to move between stations. Made in Italy.
