Description
Description
The Sirman SO 1650 Inox is a countertop bone and meat band saw for professional butchery, hotel kitchens, and catering operations, built around a 1,650 mm tempered-steel blade rated for bones, fresh cuts, and frozen product. The full-contact body, door, worktop, and controls panel are all AISI 304 stainless steel, and the 2 Hp (three-phase) asynchronous motor runs at 1,400 rpm through calibrated, polished-aluminium pulleys fitted with sealed bearings — delivering consistent blade tension and quiet operation under continuous production load.
Operator safety is handled by a 24 V low-voltage control circuit, an IP 67-rated stainless steel control panel, door and bone-chip pan micro-switches, a redundancy control unit, and a CE-certified motor brake that stops the blade on opening. The interlocking scrap pan is accessible from outside without disassembly, the upper pulley releases in seconds for blade changes and deep cleaning, and the entire machine can be washed down with a water jet — making it a practical fit for HACCP-compliant production environments in restaurants, hotel back-of-house, and specialist meat processors.
