Description

The Sirman Sigix M20 is a manual tray sealer for portion packaging in restaurant kitchens, hotel preparation areas, catering operations and deli counters, capable of sealing trays up to 260 × 190 mm in as little as 4 seconds per cycle. The lever-operated arm and AISI 304 stainless steel construction make it robust enough for daily production use while keeping the footprint compact and the unit easy to clean.

An electronic controller with temperature adjustment, preheating control and a built-in tray counter gives kitchen teams precise, repeatable results on a single-phase 230 V supply. Four standard tray die formats are available off the shelf, and custom dies can be produced to customer drawings, making the Sigix M20 a practical fit wherever consistent, professional tray sealing is needed across varying pack formats.
