The Sirman Salamandra Fissa/Basic is a professional countertop overhead grill designed for fast finishing, glazing and gratinating in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering kitchens. Running on a single-phase 230 V supply at 2.8 kW, it delivers consistent radiant heat through electric resistance elements protected by a galvanised steel guard — keeping the cooking zone safe and easy to clean.
