The Sirman SA 150 is a manual hamburger patty press for burger restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations, forming uniform 150 mm patties in the 10–14 oz range with a single lever stroke — no electrical connection required.
Built in Italy, the SA 150 combines an anodized aluminium alloy body with a stainless steel mould for durability and easy cleaning. Rubber feet keep it stable on any prep surface, while the built-in wax paper sheet holder — supplied with wax paper — keeps each patty ready to stack or grill without sticking. A dedicated piston release button ejects patties cleanly, maintaining shape and speeding up service.
Compact and self-contained at 6.5 kg net, the SA 150 suits any prep station where consistent portioning and high throughput matter without the complexity or cost of a powered machine.
