Description
The Sirman SA 130 is a manual hamburger patty press for burger restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations that need consistent, portion-controlled patties without any electrical connection. Built from anodized aluminium alloy, it forms patties using a 130 mm diameter mould, producing portions in the 5–8 oz (142–227 g) range with a single lever stroke.
The countertop unit sits firmly on rubber feet and includes a built-in cellophane/wax-paper sheet container, so interleaving sheets are always at hand — keeping patties stack-ready and preventing sticking. CE certified and entirely non-electric, it fits any prep station regardless of power availability.
The SA range covers five mould diameters — from ø100 mm up to ø180 mm — so operators can select the exact patty size their menu demands. The SA 130 is the go-to choice for standard burger formats served in busy quick-service and full-service restaurant environments.
