Description
The Sirman PRO 1/2 G is an adjustable electric salamander / top grill for professional kitchens, delivering 1.7 kW through a single shock-proof coated heating element on a 230 V single-phase supply. The heating structure moves up and down to control radiant intensity, giving chefs precise finishing control over gratin dishes, toasted bread, melted toppings and plated dishes across a 385 × 350 mm cooking area.
Built for countertop use in restaurants, hotel kitchens and café operations, the PRO 1/2 G features a stainless steel body, a galvanized steel grill grid, a removable crumb pan for quick cleaning, and vent outlets for heat management. A wall-mount bracket is available as an optional accessory for kitchens where counter space is at a premium.
