Contact Panini Grill, Ribbed/Smooth, 3 kW, 300°C

The Sirman PDC L-R is a professional electric contact grill for restaurants, cafés, hotels and catering operations, delivering up to 300 °C across a ribbed top plate paired with a smooth bottom plate — the combination the L-R (Liscia-Rigata) designation describes. Both plates are cast iron with Sirman's Paninonstick® ceramic non-stick coating for fast release and easy cleaning.

At 3 kW on a standard 230 V supply, it heats quickly and holds temperature reliably via a manual thermostat with a built-in mechanical timer, keeping throughput steady during service. The self-balancing upper plate adjusts automatically to different product thicknesses, while the removable drip tray and included scraping brush simplify end-of-service maintenance. A compact footprint makes it practical on tight prep counters.
