Description
The Sirman PD Vc is a double contact grill and panini press for high-volume professional kitchens, featuring Ceran® ceramic-glass cooking plates and infrared heating elements that reach up to 300 °C. Made in Italy with a stainless steel body, it delivers fast, even heat across a 530 × 255 mm cooking surface — enough capacity for busy café counters, hotel breakfast stations, and restaurant snack lines.
Ceran® glass plates are non-porous and easy to clean, while the self-balancing adjustable upper plate adapts to sandwiches and products of varying thickness without manual repositioning. A concealed front-mounted drip tray catches fats and liquids, keeping the work area clean during continuous service. Thermostat control and adjustable feet round out a unit designed for reliable, unattended operation at 3.0 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply.
