Description
The Sirman Orchestra 10 is a floor-standing professional pasta extruder for high-volume fresh pasta production, delivering up to 20 kg/h through a 110 mm die with a 3 Hp motor. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel — body, worm, head, ring, lid and controls — it is engineered for the rigours of daily restaurant, hotel and catering kitchen environments.
Safety and hygiene are built in: the IP67-rated keypad resists water ingress, an interlocked stainless steel lid prevents operation when open, and the forced air-cooling system runs timed ventilation even after the motor stops. The machine stands on four stainless steel castors for easy repositioning on the pass. With a 21-litre bowl accepting up to 9.8 kg of dough per batch, the Orchestra 10 suits mid-to-large operations that need consistent, repeatable output shift after shift.
Italian-made and expandable, the Orchestra 10 supports a broad range of optional accessories — including a variable-speed pasta cutter, ravioli maker with molds, Raviomatic support, pasta dryer, head cooling kits (Frio 5 / Frio R) and an RCS WiFi remote control board — making it a long-term platform for pasta programs of any complexity.
