Description
The Sirman Elio L-R is a single-phase contact grill for professional kitchens, delivering 1.55 kW across a 250 × 255 mm cast iron cooking surface with a maximum plate temperature of 300 °C. The upper plate is grooved and the lower plate flat — both finished in Sirman's Paninonstick® ceramic food-enamel coating for non-stick performance and easy cleaning.
Built for restaurants, cafés and hotel kitchens that need consistent, high-throughput panini and sandwich output, the Elio L-R features a self-balancing adjustable upper plate, a mechanical timer up to 15 minutes and an adjustable thermostat with off position. The stainless steel AISI 430 body is compact enough for counter use, while the front-mounted grease receptacle and included scraping brush keep service interruptions short.
