The Sirman Eldorado 10R is a tabletop electric deep fryer for professional kitchens, delivering 6 kW on a 400 V three-phase supply and holding between 3.8 and 6 litres of oil in a single stainless steel bath. Its compact footprint makes it a practical choice for snack bars, hotel kitchens, cafés and catering operations where counter space is limited but consistent frying output is non-negotiable.
Safety and ease of service are built in: the unit features a thermostat, a safety cut-off probe with reset button, and a removable heating body with safety switch, so the element can be lifted clear for cleaning without tools. An integrated oil drain valve speeds up oil changes during busy service, and shockproof protection on the resistances means the unit handles the knocks of a working kitchen. The reinforced basket and lid are included in the box.
