The Sirman Cort V is an electric contact grill designed for high-throughput panini and sandwich production, delivering up to 300 °C across cast iron plates with a ceramic coating. At 3 kW on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply, it heats quickly and holds temperature consistently, keeping service lines moving during busy covers.
Self-balancing upper plates automatically adjust to bread and ingredient thickness, ensuring even contact and uniform grill marks without manual fiddling. An adjustable thermostat gives operators precise control, while the stainless steel construction handles the rigours of a professional kitchen. Well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast stations, quick-service restaurants and catering operations where consistent toasted results are a daily requirement.
