Description
The Sirman Cort PS is a single-zone electric contact grill for panini, sandwiches and pressed dishes, drawing 2.1 kW and reaching up to 300 °C across a 355 × 255 mm cooking surface. The stainless steel body houses fine-grain cast iron plates finished with Sirman's proprietary Paninonstick® ceramic non-stick coating — grooved on both top and bottom — which are fully removable for fast, thorough cleaning between services.
A self-balancing upper plate stays in position at any height, making it practical for products of varying thickness without manual adjustment. The mechanical thermostat and 15-minute timer give kitchen staff straightforward control during high-volume service, while a front-mounted removable grease receptacle keeps the station clean without interrupting cooking. A scraping brush is included as standard.
The Cort PS is well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast operations, quick-service restaurants and catering kitchens that need a reliable, easy-to-clean countertop grill with professional-grade plate performance.
