Description
Description
The Sirman Concerto 5 is a countertop pasta extruder for professional kitchens, producing up to 8.4 kg of fresh pasta per hour from a 10-litre anodized aluminium bowl with a 4.2 kg dough capacity per cycle. Running on a 0.75 kW single-phase motor, it fits comfortably on a prep counter and suits restaurants, hotels, pasta labs and catering operations looking to produce fresh pasta in-house at volume.
The machine is built for daily commercial use: the body, lid, worm, head and controls are all AISI 304 stainless steel, the motor is forced air-cooled with an oil bath gearbox reducer, and the controls panel carries an IP67 protection rating. An interlocked lid prevents operation when open, adding a layer of safety on a busy line. The 75 mm die diameter supports a wide range of shapes, and the Concerto 5 can be further configured with optional accessories including a variable-speed pasta cutter, a ravioli maker with molds, a penne die kit, the Frio 5 head cooling kit, and an RCS WiFi control board.
