Description
The Sirman TC 32 UNGER grinding plate is a stainless steel, flat-profile spare part designed for size 32 meat mincers fitted with the UNGER head system, offering a 130 mm plate diameter. It is the direct OEM-matched replacement for butchers, hotel kitchens, restaurant prep lines and catering operations that run Sirman TC 32 equipment and need precise, consistent grind texture.
Sixteen variants cover every production need — from a fine 2 mm grind for smooth emulsified sausages and pâtés, through mid-range 5–8 mm for classic burger and mince work, up to a coarse 20 mm for chunky charcuterie — plus a cutting finisher plate for trimming and finishing cuts. Note that plates with holes larger than 8 mm require the interlock protection system to be fitted on the TC 32 machine before use.
