The Sirman meat mincer plate for the model 22 UNGER is a perforated grinding sieve designed exclusively for the Sirman TC 22 UNGER meat mincer, fitting the UNGER #22 hub standard. Fourteen hole-diameter options — ranging from 2 mm up to 20 mm — cover everything from fine emulsified forcemeats and sausage farces to coarse-ground burger blends and chunky preparations, giving butchery operations, hotel kitchens and high-volume restaurants precise control over grind texture.
A dedicated cutting sieve variant (part number LF15321ZZZ, no perforations) is also available for specialty cutting applications. Each plate is a direct OEM-specification replacement, ensuring correct fit and consistent grinding performance without downtime. When ordering, reference the specific part number for your required hole diameter to receive the exact sieve.
