Available in twelve hole sizes ranging from 2 mm through to 18 mm, it covers the full spectrum of grinding requirements — from fine emulsified farces and sausage forcemeats at the finer end, through to coarse cuts for burgers, salami, and rustic meat preparations at 13–18 mm.
