The Scandomestic OFC 381 is an open-front display cooler for pastry and chilled food merchandising, offering 380 litres of refrigerated capacity across a wide 1520 mm tall cabinet footprint. Its forced-air impulse cooling system maintains a precise 2–10 °C range without a door barrier, keeping products visible and accessible to customers at all times.
Designed for bakeries, patisseries, cafés, and deli counters, the OFC 381 suits high-traffic retail environments where impulse purchase and product presentation are priorities. Running on a standard 230 V supply at just 1.3 kW, it delivers efficient open-face refrigeration with minimal operating cost. Note that this model has been discontinued by Scandomestic; stock availability may be limited.
