Maitre Narrow Ham Slicer MA57026B, 26 cm

The Maitre Narrow Ham Slicer MA57026B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a forged professional slicing knife with a 26 cm (10") blade, built for thin, precise cuts through cured ham, prosciutto and other cured meats in delicatessens, restaurant kitchens and catering carving stations. The narrow blade keeps the cut controlled along the full length of a leg or joint.

The blade is forged from a single piece of special nitrogen stainless steel in the Sanelli workshop in Premana, and the full tang construction gives the knife strong resistance and a balanced feel in hand. Every blade receives a laser-controlled final sharpening, piece by piece, for a long-lasting edge. The black POM handle is riveted with hand-inserted stainless steel rivets for a tight, hygienic connection between handle and tang.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional knives in Premana, Italy, since 1864. The Maitre range brings the same forged construction to chef's, boning, carving and filleting knives as well as this narrow ham slicer.
