Description

The Saro XM-32 is a professional hand blender for restaurants, commercial kitchens and catering operations. It runs at a fixed 12000 rpm, and the 366 mm shaft carries a Y-shaped forged-steel cutting blade (55 mm diameter, with an 87.3 mm guard) for containers up to 45 litres.

The shaft's click-on arm allows quick, tool-free removal for cleaning, and the two-material Bi-Mat-Grip housing gives a non-slip, ergonomic hold; a two-colour LED shows the appliance status. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.4 kW; overall length 674 mm, net weight 3.56 kg. Other capacities in the range can be selected above, from XM-22 (15 L) up to XM-72 (250 L).
