Description
The Saro WOW GRILL 1200 is a three-zone electric grill for restaurants, snack bars, catering operations and event areas. Stainless steel heating rods with an integrated heating element sit behind a three-sided splash guard, and the grill reaches working temperature in about five minutes. It grills about 22.5 kg of food per hour and can also be used as a water grill.
The grill area measures 1130 x 470 mm, with a temperature range of 0 to 320 degrees C. Connection 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 13.5 kW; external dimensions 1166 x 700 x 150 mm, net weight 34 kg. A cleaning scraper and brush are included. The compact WOW GRILL 400 and WOW GRILL 800 can be selected above.
