The Saro LOUISA is a countertop wok induction cooker supplied with a matching wok pan, so it is ready to use without buying cookware separately. It offers 10 heating levels, usable with or without the 5 to 180 minute timer, and suits fast, safe wok cooking at a live station or pass. Overheating protection is built in and the housing is stainless steel.
