Description
The Saro LOUISA (SKU 360-3000) is a portable wok induction hob delivering 3.5 kW through a concave 295 mm wok recess, supplied ready to use with a matching wok pan included. Built for single-phase 230 V connections, it fits seamlessly into professional kitchens, live-cooking stations, hotel buffets and catering setups where dedicated wok cooking is needed without a fixed range installation.
Temperature is adjustable across 10 heating levels from 60 °C up to 240 °C, with an integrated timer running from 5 to 180 minutes — usable independently of the timer function for continuous cooking. Overheating protection and a stainless steel housing keep the unit reliable under daily service pressure. At under 120 mm tall and just over 7 kg net, it sits neatly on any prep counter or pass.
