The Saro WM-12 is a wall-mounted plate-stacking system for staging plated dishes, bowls or platters during banquet, buffet and catering service, holding up to 12 plates so food can be kept ready without occupying worktop space. It is made of stainless steel, including the wall mounting. It mounts flat to the wall to save floor space. It is easy to remove from its wall bracket.
External dimensions 945 mm tall, net weight 2.2 kg, gross 4 kg. It suits small restaurant kitchens and takeaway buffets in cafeterias.
